Wholesale Orders
Wholesale ordering is available to approved galleries, retailers, and trade partners.
Minimum opening order requirements may apply.
Pricing
All wholesale prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
Recommended retail pricing should be maintained where possible to preserve brand positioning and consistency across stockists.
Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated separately unless complimentary freight thresholds apply.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules and carrier delays.
Risk transfers to the retailer upon dispatch.
Handmade Variation
All Guseli Design pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in tone, veining, texture, and surface movement are considered part of the individuality of the work and are not faults.
Display & Representation
Retailers agree to present Guseli Design products in a manner consistent with the brand’s positioning as contemporary handcrafted design objects and jewellery.
Products must not be altered, relabelled, or repackaged without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All product imagery, branding, copy, and design materials remain the property of Guseli Design and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Approved retailers may use supplied imagery for promotional purposes relating directly to the sale of Guseli Design products.
Returns & Damages
Any damages or issues with orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the work, minor variations are not considered defects.
